You'll view short videos followed by multi-choice questions in an engaging, easy format that lets you rapidly build new insight into thinking barriers and tactics with every click. This Online Course gets you fit to recognize thinking errors and manipulation, and puts you on the starting blocks to fostering positive change.
The course takes from 60 to 90 min. depending on your current proficiency in Thinking Barriers and Tactics. You can exit and re-enter the course as often as you like, for as long as you like until it's completed and you receive your certificate.
